Bluetooth Speaker, Home Decoration

Inspired by Taiwan's Alishan Peak, this speaker integrates recorded nature sounds (168 non-looping hours) to synchronize daily rhythms with nature. The design is a gateway to the forest, providing an immersive listening experience. It addresses manufacturing challenges like wooden lattice stability and achieving misty forest textures on plastic.

Reconnecting with Nature at Home

This speaker draws from the sensory richness of Taiwan’s Alishan forests, blending sound, light, scent, and material to create an immersive indoor experience. Designed to evoke the ambiance of misty mountain mornings, the product integrates forest audio recordings—such as birdsong, rainfall, and steam train whistles—into a 168-hour non-looping playback. Every detail, from the touch of the wood to the soft illumination, aims to replicate the natural rhythm and atmosphere of the forest.

Sustainable Design with Purpose

The wood used is selectively harvested at its carbon storage peak to allow younger trees to thrive, promoting forest regeneration. This thoughtful sourcing process supports ecological health while preserving authenticity in texture and tone. Combined with visual references to traditional Japanese-Taiwanese architecture, the product is not just a device but a designed moment of stillness—connecting users to nature through intentional multisensory cues.
